Conversion optimization is one of the most important activities carried out by a digital marketer. To stay competitive, digital marketers need to maintain top-of-the line marketing technology. CMSs offer all-in-one options that include personalization and A/B testing capabilities. However, these tools do not represent the "best of breed" of conversion optimization tools. To get a best of breed tool, you need to select a software-as-a-service (SaaS) tool.

The Episerver-Optimizely integration add-on lets you create Optimizely tests based on Episerver blocks. You can also designate your Episerver visitor groups as Optimizely audiences, which can further be used for Optimizely personalization. Tests can be set up using either Episerver or Optimizely, or a combination of both. The experiment will then run using Optimizely. After an A/B test is complete, you can use the add-on to automatically change and save the winning content back in Episerver, regardless of which interface you used to set up the test.
