The Challenge

Anyone applying for a loan expects a fast, secure, and always-available website, whether filling out a mortgage application or applying for a personal loan.

If customers encounter friction, such as slow-loading pages or forms, they can easily become frustrated and consider other options.

Fairstone Financial had been experiencing performance and availability issues with its existing Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) solution. Additionally, the Adobe Target implementation was misconfigured. This meant that the marketing team struggled to deliver the best digital experience for customers and could not properly test and optimize those experiences. The previous Adobe partner could not resolve these issues promptly, so Oshyn was asked to provide additional perspective.

The Solution

Oshyn was selected due to its extensive experience working with financial institutions and AEM. They reviewed the current state of the implementation and assessed the existing code and documentation.

Oshyn uncovered the issues, resolved them, and improved the development workflow. Oshyn fixed outdated legacy code using AEM implementation best practices and added new documentation to make it easier for Fairstone's IT team. Maintenance and upgrades could now happen at a fraction of the time and cost.

In parallel, Oshyn set up Adobe Target experiments and resolved existing issues, enabling the marketing team to improve conversion rates and increase revenue gains for the bank.

The Outcome

Oshyn stabilized the Fairstone Financial AEM system, and the company has noticed immediate performance improvements and increased revenue. Customer satisfaction has improved, and the marketing team can conduct experiments to optimize the digital experience.
