While they were already on a composable stack built by Oshyn on SitecoreAI it required specialized, ongoing administration. They needed support to create specialized content, train staff on how to use the system, quickly launch new campaigns and handle platform governance. The Solution

Oshyn handled platform governance for Point B’s entire SitecoreAI DXP. This included owning JavaScript Services SDK (JSS) and OneTrust updates, and administering the CMS, Sitecore CDP, Personalize, and Search. They also handled updates to Vercel administration and third-party tool integrations. User roles, workflows, and configuration were managed centrally, giving Point B's marketing team a well-governed platform they could rely on without worrying about what ran beneath it.
Oshyn also extended support beyond IT operations, assisting Point B's marketing team with content creation, DXP configuration, training, and campaign execution. This freed the team to focus on strategic initiatives rather than day-to-day platform demands.
