During his 15 years of experience, Mateo has worked with clients such as Carnival Cruises, Pluralsight, Amazon, Sound Wide, 1FirstBank, Atlas Copco, and Western Digital, among many others. His expertise ranges from hands-on web development to leading full implementation teams, with Adobe Cloud and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) as core technologies.

Mateo has successfully led development teams to deliver complex projects on time and at scale. He also brings strong experience across Adobe Analytics, Adobe Campaign, and Adobe Target, helping organizations optimize and personalize their digital experiences.

He holds multiple Adobe certifications, including AEM Architect, AEM DevOps, Adobe Analytics Business Practitioner, Adobe Target Business Practitioner, and Adobe Commerce Business Practitioner.

Outside of work, Mateo enjoys music, cooking, sports, and spending quiet time in the mountains, where he finds balance and inspiration.
